We have skilled and qualified individuals available for temporary placement who work on a contract basis for the following positions:

	Red Seal Chef
	Duties Include: Organizing, preparing, and assembling hot and cold foods to order, as directed by the customer.


	Cook
	Duties Include: Organizing, preparing, and assembling hot and cold foods to order, as directed by the customer.


	Prep-Cook / Kitchen helper
	Duties Include: Hot and cold food preparation and assisting with general kitchen help as directed by the customer.

	Dishwasher
	Duties Include: Operating dishwasher to clean all implements of the kitchen, as well as the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and dishwashing area as directed by the customer.


	Concession Helper
	Duties Include: Serve food and beverages to patrons in a concession setting as well as the cleaning and maintenance of the concession area as directed by the customer.


	Banquet Server/Bartender
	Duties Include: Serve food and beverages to patrons as directed by the customer.


	Host(ess)/Bussperson
	Duties Include: Customer service as well as the cleaning and maintenance of the establishment as directed by the customer.

What We Do

On the Fly will provide a skilled temporary kitchen helper, on a temporary basis, to do the job you need on the day you need it.

We cover workers' compensation and take care of all taxes and employment costs, along with all the necessary paperwork.

You just pay the hourly rate.

Our workers are fully trained and screened. They come equipped with the know-how and experience needed to perform in a busy kitchen environment.

On the Fly is fully insured with a 2 million dollar commercial general liability package.

Once the booking has been confirmed, one of our skilled workers will arrive on site, ready to work on the agreed date and time.

On the 14th and 28th day of each month, you'll receive a single detailed, easy-to-read invoice covering any positions filled for that time frame.
